Bio: Ken Gerow is Director of the Statistics Program in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the
University of Wyoming. He received his PhD from Cornell University and his MS and BS from the
University of Guelph. He has been on the faculty at UW for over 27 years. His current research interests
are primarily in the areas of ecological and biological statistics, with statistical emphases that come and
go, depending on his perception of needs among his biological colleagues.
